ADMISSION    POLICY  
  
ENROLLMENT
    
 CCA presently accepts student applications for students ages 9 months through age 4 
CCA Pre- chool, Academy K5 through  Grade 5.      
MIDDLE SCHOOL   GRADE 6 7 8 -  HIGH SCHOOL  CLASSES ARE IN ASSOCIATION WITH  ONLINE-TECH SCHOOL  AND HOMESCHOOL ASSOCIATIONS.    (Detailed Information Available By contacting Office for Appointment ).                                                                                              
 Each student’s application is evaluated to determine his preparedness  as well as the enrolling parent/guardian both spiritually and academically for the program CCA offers.
CCA is a Bible-centered school, one of the functions of the admissions process is to determine the compatibility of the family’s beliefs and practices with the school’s teachings and goals.
 A  student  applying for enrollment  requires  the  parent/guardian ( making application)  to be  a professing born again believer in  Jesus Christ  as Lord and Savior , attending worship regularly.
CCA has the right to deny enrollment consideration or suspend enrollment if the student or parent is not in  full  agreement with CCA policy.
* CCA will not be able to meet the needs of students with special learning disabilities or behavioral  problems.
THE APPLICATION PROCESS DOES NOT CONFIRM ENROLLMENT.   AFTER ACCEPTANCE LETTER, A FINAL INTERVIEW WILL CONDUCTED TO FINALIZE ENROLLMENT OR - RE-ENROLLMENT.
NEW  ADMISSION -  PROCEDURES
  
1.        Parent/Guardian call  OFFICE to schedule an interview with the administrator
2.        Interview of parents and prospective student age 3 - Academy Grades with administration
3.        Complete application for enrollment consideration
4.     The security of our school limits tours of the school to families making application for enrollment
5.     Students are accepted on a  thirty day (6 WEEK) probationary basis. Continued enrollment requires
        student to:
 maintain a C average and higher in all subjects, Christian spirit, behavior and character daily, and in full compliance of all policies rules, regulations etc.. Upon enrollment acceptance notification , call the school office to set up an  for appointment to return, with any additional enrollment forms  and fees ,  
 
6.     Enrollment will not be complete or Books ordered until advance payment of Enrollment fee and 1st Tuition payment with coupon has been received as well as all  Enrollment forms completed.                        
7.     Continuation of enrollment will be forfeited by any student or student family member  whose conduct, attitudes, or un- cooperative spirit make it advisable for that student not to remain in the school.
8.     CROSSPOINT CHRISTIAN ACADEMY does not discriminate in its admissions or operating policies on the basis of race, religion, national or ethnic origin. However, CCA reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone who would not fit into the spirit of the school, benefit from the education offered, or who is not in complete agreement with all policies rules and regulations.

  9.     Students will be admitted ONLY if space is available. Once a class is filled, applicants will be placed on a waiting list until such time as additional class space is available

 No student will be considered for enrollment:
 
Having  left any financial obligation at another L                                                                                            
Transfer of records indicate to CCA that a  Student’s  Grades are  Below C  Average 
Transfer of Records or references indicate Behavioral/Discipline  Problems
Having been involved in “any” unlawful conduct/ arrested, servingprobation, etc…... 
Having left  unpaid tuition at a former school 
Having failed last grade, been suspended, expelled or dismissed from any Christian,
 Private or Public School  for any
reason”                                                            
Former CCA students  who left  without notice, and or failure to meet all financial 
obligations according to policy
NOT IN AGREEMENT WITH ALL CCA POLICY
In  K3 program not reaching age  3 before September 1, or not  fully potty-trained  ·        
       
11.    Parents and students who seek admission to CCA, must  be in complete agreement with the objectives, methods, and obligations, and policies that are required for admission and continuation of enrollment at CCA.

Students Grade K5 and above must have a grade average of C to be accepted at CCA – this will be indicated on academic records we receive. In addition, students must maintain a grade average of C to continue enrollment at CCA.

 Testing and staff consideration will be given to students *Ages K4-Grade 1 for advancement in grade –even though they do not meet the state mandated Sept. 1 birth date.
   

RE-ENROLMENT  POLICY
1.     Annual Re-Enrollment Meeting held each January to prepare for the upcoming school year and summer camp program  THIS IS A REQUIRED MEETING FOR ALL CCA STUDENT FAMILIES.

Re-registration forms as well as any updated forms are to be completed at the meeting.
 CCA must be informed of re-enrollment no later than the following day of attendance
.
 Re-enrollment fees and book fees must be paid before April 1 to secure enrollment and make it possible for CCA to finalize our obligations to our staff, order curriculum and make preparations in many other areas.
 
As with initial enrollment it is the responsibility of the student family to contact the office concerning re-enrollment matters prior to April 1.    CCA Teachers may not relay messages to office due mis- information that may be given. )  
 
 
2.    
Students will receive verification of re-enrollment acceptance or denial  as soon as possible following submission
 of re-enrollment consideration form.         
FOR RE- ENROLLMENT CONSIDERATION FOR AN UPCOMING SCHOOL YEAR   THE STUDENT AS WELL ASS THE STUDENT FAMILY  MUST HAVE BEEN IN FULL COMPLIANCE OF ALL CCA POLICES. AS WELL AS IN PARTICIPATION AND SUPPORT OF CCA.

3.  Re-Enrollment will not be complete or Books ordered until all re-enrollment fees are complete.                                                                                                                                                                           

4.  All new forms for students will be completed at First Night each August and must be completed before the first full
 day of school

5. Only students enrolled at CCA the upcoming school  INFANT-ACADEMY GRADES may enroll in the Summer Camp.   
It is the goal of CCA to grow and have all students
’ return year after year; however, should a student not be returning for the upcoming school year enrollment is not accepted  in the summer camp program, as we need to have available places for new and returning students. State mandated class ratios limits our enrollment.
Summer staff and class procedures are completely different from the school year.
PARENTS SHOULD NOT THE DATES OF SUMMER DAY CAMP OPERATION AND DATES OF CLOSINGS.
